Elevate services, including installation of networking and hardware, are available only to residents and organizations located in the United Kingdom. Delivery of digital products (such as websites, apps, and remote support) is available to clients in major countries worldwide.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a package, you agree to Stripe's terms and our refund policy.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Elevate services in accordance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software provided by Elevate remain the property of Square Media Group unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elevate and Square Media Group are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
